In contrast to the previous day there’s very little railway activity to report today, partly due to the cold, dull, wet weather and partly due to bad guts sapping my enthusiasm. I did manage to have a second look at a few potential positions spotted from the train yesterday and then ambled down scenic Donautal from Tuttlingen to Sigmaringen. There would be some great shots along here if there were a few more loco hauled trains. From Sigmaringen I trundled across to Altstädten on the Oberstdorf branch and checked out the 2143 on the ALEX trains before calling it a day.
