Washed Out and Sold Out
NOB employed a number of class 223s hired from MRCE Dispolok and several of them still carried the original Dispolok yellow and silver colours, which were starting to look rather faded. Despite its Dispolok branding, 223.012 had been sold to Beacon Rail Leasing 6 days earlier but continued to be hired to NOB until the December 2016 timetable change, when DB took over the Marshbahn contract.223.012 passed Risum-Lindholm with NOB81716, the 13:03 Hamburg - Westerland passenger, on 22 July 2015.
