A comparison of front ends at Sawmills on 29 June 1987. On the left, CFM 951 Class Garratt 960 had finished taking water after arriving on a test run from Bulawayo. On the right, 20th Class 742, which had followed 960 from Bulawayo, had just arrived with an Mpopoma - Thomson Junction freight.
