Orange Box
The Japanese built ED-85 electrics on the Fushun Mining Railway pre-date any of the steam locos still in use in China by at least 30 years. No.1213 (Mitsubishi 1942) sported the orange livery carried by most of the locos working in the opencast pit in 2013. It was photographed with a train of wooden sleepers at Donggang on 5 December of that year.
