A Derby built class 108 DMU comprising vehicles 50620 + 59354 + 50636 set off from York as the 16:18 to Harrogate on the afternoon of 13 April 1982. The train was photographed passing the northern exit from York Yard and would soon leave the East Coast Main Line at Skelton Junction.
