DMU Variety
At the opposite end of the scale to the majestic Deltics were the humble DMUs that worked most local services at that time. It's easy to forget how much variety there was in the DMU fleet. This picture shows Metro-Cammell and BRCW built units stabled under the overall roof at York on 7 December 1981.
