Fast Tanks
47.318, in the rather underwhelming Railfreight grey version of large logo livery, led a train of oil tanks west from Pirbright Junction on 12 July 1990. Traffic on the South Western Main Line was much lighter in those days than it is now and there was often capacity for freights to use the fast lines.
