King's Cross
A late November day trip from Birmingham to London provided the opportunity for an unexpected evening visit to King's Cross. Without a tripod, the camera had to be balanced on ticket barriers, baggage trolleys or anything else that came to hand. 31 175 had just arrived at the Cross with empty stock when it was photographed on 25 November 1981.
