Since the end of October 2010, DB has used ECR liveried class 266 locos on most freights in the Mühldorf area and they ventured out on a number of diverted freights while the Traunstein - Freilassing line was closed for engineering work. 266.444 dragged ÖBB's 1016.009 and an eastbound freight up the climb out of the Alz Valley between Garching and Kirchweidach as the light faded on 26 October 2013.
