Infrastructure liveried 218.391 headed north with a short departmental working at Wellmich near St. Goarshausen on 15 August 2013.This loco had been working ALEX services between Immenstadt and Oberstdorf earlier in the summer, so it was a surprise to see it in the Rhein Valley.
