The 143 worked push-pull sets in the Dresden area almost invariably ran with the loco at the east end, meaning that the loco was up against the buffers at Dresden Hbf. On 21 July 2010, 143.210 was at the opposite end of its train, making a departure shot possible as it left the low level platforms with RE38514, the 16:45 to Cottbus.
