IC2170 departed Stuttgart Hbf just after eight in the morning and was photographed powering through Lindholm on the approach to Niebüll just over nine hours later. The two diesels, 218.345 and 218.363, would have taken over from an electric loco at Hamburg Hbf. The photo was taken on 19 July 2014.
