Dalian Sparks
China had developed its own diesel and electric designs for decades but embarked on joint ventures with Japanese, European and American manufacturers in the early years of the 21st Century.Two of the products of that co-operation, HXD3.0672 (Toshiba/Dalian) and HXD3C.0116 (Bombardier/Dalian), passed outside Beijing station on 16 March 2014.
