Brocklesby station closed to passengers in 1993 but still retains its signalbox and station buildings, both now Grade II listed. The station served the Brocklesby Park estate, home of the Earl of Yarborough, the chairman of the Manchester Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway, hence the unusually elaborate buildings.
66.606 passed with 6M81, the 13:45 coal train from Immingham to Ratcliffe Power Station, on 10 September 2015.
