After almost 50 years of reliable service, the Re4/4 "Brownie" electrics of the BLS lost their last booked passenger workings at the end of 2013. On 12 July 2013 No.167 propelled RE3118, the 11:38 Zweisimmen to Interlaken Ost Golden Pass service towards Boltigen.
