Ukrainian Visitor
Ukrainian locos work trains across the border to the yard at Matovce in south eastern Slovakia. Some traffic continues on the 5' gauge line to the steelworks at Kosice and the rest is transshipped to standard gauge wagons at Matovce before continuing westwards.VL11.133 was awaiting clearance to return to the Ukraine with empty ore wagons when it was photographed at Matovce on a wet 15 May 2003.
