411.056 put its tilt to good use at Hermannspiegel as it raced south with ICE1642, the 06:54 from Dresden Hbf to Frankfurt(Main) Hbf on 26 September 2009. Most long distance trains took the NBS from Kassel to Fulda, avoiding this curvaceous section of the old line, but trains from Leipzig joined the route midway at Bebra and had to twist their way along the old line to Fulda.
