Independents Day
Former MRCE Dispolok 185.544 passed through the middle roads at Bremen Hbf with an eastbound train of covered car carriers just after midday on 24 February 2017. The loco had by 2017 been sold to Rail Cargo Carrier, an ÖBB subsidiary.Around half the freights seen passing Bremen Hbf on that day were worked by independent operators’ locos and they seemed to be the only trains that passed in good light.
