Augsburger Localbahn 44 (293.908) led hired Connex (Veolia) V146 (293.505) on a westbound train of vans at Schwabhausen on the afternoon of 21 April 2009. Both locos were former DR V100s, rebuilt after reunification and given a new lease of life by the growth of open access operations in Germany.
