Friday Night is 103 Night
My earliest memories of München Hbf were of class 103s sitting at the bufferstops, waiting for the trains they'd brought in to depart with fresh motive power.In early 2014 it was possible to relive a little of the glory on Friday nights when a 103 was booked to work CNL1286 from München Ost to the Hauptbahnhof, the first short leg of its overnight journey to Hamburg-Altona. 103.245 was in charge on 4 April 2014 and is seen here after arrival at the Hauptbahnhof.
