This spot, north of Horice na Sumave, was one of the few locations around Volary where you could actually see the ballast. 749.262 rolled downhill with R940/1, the 16:07 from Nove Udoli to Praha hl.n. on 6 August 2009. More coaches would be attached at Ceske Budejovice and a class 363 electric would take the train on to Praha.
