Action At Last
When things eventually got moving, the action could be quite impressive. This picture shows a long train of empties being worked up to Pinggang on 28 February 2006. SY 1118 was on the front with SY 0477 bringing up the rear.The train was approaching Taiping, the junction of the branch to Qikeng Colliery. In the background the bridge carrying the CNR line from Xiachengzi to Jixi can be seen.
