Blow Up
No.011 restarted an empty coal train after stopping for a blow-up part way up the climb from Tuoyaozi on 29 November 2009. It was very unusual for a train to make it all the way to the top without stopping to raise steam and, as the condition of the locos deteriorated, stops became more frequent.
