Orange For Now
66605, one of only two 66/6s to carry Freightliner's orange livery, passed the turnback siding at Bedwyn with 6V50, the 14:21 empties from Wembley Yard to Merehead Quarry, on 2 March 2026. Hopefully the inevitable rebranding following the Freightliner / Heavy Haul split won't include rapid repaints for Heavy Haul's orange locos.
