Old and New in Blue
After years of waiting, SWR's Class 701 units have finally started to visit Reading on crew training trips. 701025 had arrived in Platform 6 with 5T91, the 16:45 from Clapham Yard Sidings on the evening of 10 February 2025 when blue/grey liveried 455868 turned up in the adjacent platform with 2C55, the 17:50 from Waterloo.
