387164 and 387163 arrived at Reading while working 2N40, the 14:38 Paddington to Didcot Parkway service, on 8 April 2025. Despite the Class 2 headcode, the units had only stopped at Slough, Maidenhead and Twyford on their way from Paddington but would call at all stations between Reading and Didcot.
