Adios Adelante
Great Western was still using its class 180 Adelante DMUs on the London - Worcester route in May 2017. 180.106 accelerated away from Oxford on the 26th of the month, running as 1P73, the 17:28 from Worcester Foregate St to Paddington. The introduction of the first class 800 IETs later in the year would see the 180s leave Great Western for a new life with Grand Central.
