
Making Landfall
218.364 and 218.397 approached the end of the Hindenburgdamm as they made landfall on the island of Sylt after crossing the Wadden Sea from the mainland. On the right of the picture, the fenceposts that mark the end of public access can be seen. The main part of the causeway where it crosses the sea is out of bounds.
