Fischingen Freight
Mertz registered 264.013 rolled down the Neckar Valley with an empty spoil train, returning to the Stuttgart 21 excavations for another load. The photo was taken south of Fischingen, between Sulz am Neckar and Horb on the afternoon of 28 April 2017. Two similar loaded trains went south that afternoon but this was the only one to come back before the sun went down.
