The Final Pair
The final Class 69 released into traffic, 69015, didn't have to wait long before being splattered with RHTT grunge. At least the Railfreight Grey inspired livery was still recognisable when the loco passed Melton Mowbray with 3J43 on 6 November 2025. The final Class 69 numerically, 69016, brought up the rear of the 16:02 Peterborough to Peterborough RHTT.
