Ravenhead Sand
The weekly sand train to Ravenhead Sidings brings a DCR Class 60 to the Ely - Peterborough line and on 1 March 2025 it was 60055 doing the honours. 6Z89, the 09:01 from Middleton Towers to Derby Chaddesden Sidings, seen here passing the box at Whittlesea. The train was booked to continue from Derby to Ravenhead later the same day as 6Z90.
