An Empty Shell
The HXN3 was the result of a joint venture between EMD and Dalian and went into production in 2008 so it was a surprise to find one in Shenyang Railway Museum just three years later. HXN3 0000 turned out to have no internal fittings and had apparently been built specially for the museum by Dalian Works.
