Rebuild or New Build?
Fushun's EMUs come in several different colours including orange, green and blue, as seen here adorning No.810 as it arrived at Kuangwuju on 10 October 2008. One of the railway workers we spoke to indicated that these units were Fushun produced rebuilds of the original Japanese built units. If that was the case, there wasn't much of the originals left.When we visited Fushun again, in November 2011, the passenger service had ceased and no EMUs were seen.
