Night Moves

Network Rail's test trains are amongst the most photogenic on the system and bring classic locos to parts of the system normally only visited by multiple units.

37.099 led one such working through a wet Wokingham at 22:19 on the evening of 11 May 2017. The train was 1Q54, the 12:27 from Eastleigh Arlington to Hither Green P.A.D. via Woking, Staines, Ascot, Shalford, Woking, Shalford, Reading, Staines, Reading, Guildford, Woking, Alton, Staines and Clapham Junction, not the most direct route possible!
