Evening Exeter
159011, 159013 and 159004 passed Potbridge with 1L57, the 18:20 Waterloo to Exeter, on the evening of 12 May 2024. All three units carried the original, darker, version of the SWR livery with fine diagonal stripes on both the blue and grey colours. This view from the north side of the line is only lit in summer and clearly shows the actual Potbridge, said to be the highest bridge over former Southern Railway lines. The next bridge carries the M3 over the line and the third is the B3016 with Winchfield station just beyond.
