Meltdown
It was very hot in Oxford on the afternoon of 9 August 2003, somewhere on the wrong side of 35 Celcius, but the trains kept running, after a fashion. Some Virgin Cross Country services were turning round at Oxford for reasons I can't remember. 220.026 left Hinksey Yard for Oxford station after stabling between workings.camera : Fuji S2Pro
