A Change Of Plan
73962, 73963 and their test train were due to spend the night of 3/4 September 2024 covering the SWML and various branches in the London area but there was a late change of plan and the train first went to Eastleigh for attention before resuming its testing duties later in the night. Fortunately that still required it to run from the yard into Woking station to reverse. 1Z65, the 20:43 Woking Up Yard to Eastleigh East Yard arrived at Platform 1 at Woking with 73963 leading.
