Falcon 3
A few days after emerging from the Eastleigh paintshop, 69012, put in a couple of turns on the Hoo - Eastleigh circuit before heading north. Still looking spotless, Falcon 2 passed Bramshot with 6Y48, the 09:01 from Eastleigh to Hoo Junction on 17 July 2024. There was another Falcon of course, one that preceded D1200 by a couple of decades, Gresley A4 Pacific No.4484, later No.25 and, after nationalisation, No.60025.
