Lake Cherwell
68011 led 1J49, the 17:07 from Marylebone to Stourbridge Junction, over the causeway across Lake Cherwell shortly before sunset on 3 October 2024. You won't find Lake Cherwell on any maps but it was certainly in existence at the well known photspot north of Kings Sutton after heavy rain a couple of days earlier caused the River Cherwell to burst its banks.
