Oor Wullie on Tour
37.402 and 37.407 passed Great Cheverell with 6Z37, a Parkeston S.S. to Westbury Down T.C. ballast train, on 21 April 2021. I'd noticed the train in the schedules and dismissed it as probably a track machine. It was only when the crowds started gathering that I realised it was something a lot more interesting, not just a pair of 37s but a pair of large logo Eastfield 37s, bringing back happy memories of the West Highland and Oban lines in the 1980s. Whatever DRS has named them, they'll always be Oor Wullie and Loch Long to me.
