I thought it was a nice touch for NOB to commemorate one of the UK's leading locomotive builders on one of their engines but it turned out to be an ad for Radio Schleswig-Holstein, not Robert Stephenson and Hawthorns.223.055, aka DE2000-03, headed north with NOB81724, the 17:33 Hamburg - Westerland service, on 16 July 2014 and was photographed approaching Stedesand, one of two intermediate signalboxes between Langenhorn and Niebüll.
