425.311 substituted for the usual Class 146.2 and dostos on RB 19237, the 12:31 from Stuttgart Hbf to Ulm Hbf on 10 May 2017.The unit had probably been commandeered from the Plochingen - Süßen shuttles after the overhead collapsed near Göppingen and remained on RB services for the rest of the day. It was photographed climbing towards Beimerstetten.
