What a difference a week makes! One week (and 48 seconds to be exact) after the shot of 232.252 towing the dead 185 (above) was taken, the trees had burst into leaf and the fields were transformed by a carpet of dandelions.232.675 led train 56908, the afternoon Amberg - Nürnberg freight, down the bank from Etzelwang at Lehendorf on 2 May. 294.717, coupled behind the Ludmilla, was dead in transit.
