Haidenhübel Tunnel
The Haidenhübel Tunnel is the first of seven short tunnels along the Pegnitz Gorge between Neuhaus and Hersbruck and is easily photographed off the northbound platform at Velden station.232.426 emerged from the tunnel with freight 49278, a train of loaded car carriers from the Peugeot-Citroen factory in Kolin (Czech Republic) to Woippy in eastern France, on 26 April 2012.
