Class 150s were infrequent visitors to Ceska Trebova in 2006. The class spent most of it's time working fast trains on the secondary main line from Praha to Hradec Kralove, duties that hardly exploited the locos' 140 km/h capabilities or their 4000 kW power output. 150.023 made a surprise appearance on IC588, the 16:28 Bohumin - Praha hl.n. express, on 07 June 2006.
