Like most of the 754s in the Ostrava area, 754 031 carries the standard green/grey livery with no adornments. It still made a pleasant sight rolling down the hill from Frenstat pod Radhostem to Kuncice pod Ondrejnikem with Os3119 during an uncharacteristically bright period on 7 April 2008.
