A Unique Engine
08-D-0804
751 141 was one of two 751s rebuilt in 1996-7 with an auxiliary diesel engine to provide power when the full output of the main engine wasn't required. Fuel savings were said to be around 25% but no further locos were modified. 751 141 also received a new control system with electronic displays making it unique.
The loco was photographed rounding the curve below Horni Lipova with the pick up goods for Javornik ve Sleszku on 11 April 2008.
