The December 2006 timetable change saw the resumption of passenger services to Poland via the Glucholazy border crossing. Initially the service only operated at weekends but daily trains are planned over the summer period. 749 246 rounded the horseshoe curve below Horni Lipova with Sp1803 from Ostruzna to Opole on 22 April 2007.
