Of all the 749s out on the Jesenik line during my visit, 749 259 was the one I wanted the most. CD did an excellent job of keeping it away from me or making sure it only passed in dull weather. My last chance was R908 on 13 April 2008. It hadn't been a good day and when the sun dropped into thick cloud about 15 minutes before the train was due I almost gave up. I could hear the train leaving Ruda nad Moravou, a few km away, when the clouds suddenly parted and 259 passed in brilliant light.
