The Skoda car plant at Mlada Boleslav is a major source of freight traffic on the Nymburk - Liberec - Zawidow route. Train Pn47204, a dedicated working from Mlada Boleslav to Swarzedz in Poland is seen here in the Smeda valley between Raspenava and Frydlant v C on 19 May 2005. This train was normally be rostered for a pair of class 753 locos at the time but was hauled on this occasion by 743 002 and 743 003.
